Grants, RFPs and Employment Opportunities

The following Grants & RFPs are available at this time: 



Due to complications with SHIP’s new application process, SHIP’s Early Childhood Iowa RFP has been re-opened. Anyone will be able to submit a new application or revise an application that has already been submitted. Grant review will be suspended at this time. The Early Childhood Iowa RPF will close Thursday April 26th at 12:00 P.M. (NOONat which time the review process will resume. Since this is the first year SHIP is utilizing WebGrants, and the Early Childhood Iowa RFP was its pilot, the re-opening of an RFP after deadline will be a onetime occurrence.  We thank you for your patience and your continued support of Ida and Woodbury County’s at risk and low-income children.

Siouxland Human Investment Partnership (SHIP) is now accepting proposal applications for Early Childhood Iowa programs. Funding is received from Early Childhood Iowa, a division of the Iowa Department of Management. To be considered for funding, all programs applying must be located in and serving populations in Ida and Woodbury Counties, benefit children 0-5, and follow one or more of the SHIP Early Childhood Community Priorities. Applications must be submitted to SHIP for Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019) by 4:30 PM on Monday, March 19, 2018.

Fiscal Year 2019 is the first year in a 2-year grant cycle, therefore it is a grant proposal year. All programs may submit a proposal application for consideration.
