Hope Street of Siouxland Case Manager
Overview:
This position provides leadership and direction to the case management team while offering ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to Hope Street guests throughout the program. The role ensures guests receive coordinated services, progress toward their career goals, connect with potential employers, and receive follow-up after leaving the program. This position reports directly to the Hope Street of Siouxland Executive Director.

Juvenile Court Care Coordinator
Overview:
The Juvenile Court Care Coordinator is responsible for facilitating community-based services for juveniles who have been adjudicated delinquent and assigned a Juvenile Court Officer (JCO) or are serving an Informal Adjustment Agreement with the purpose of reducing youth violence, teen pregnancy, school dropouts, truancy, gang activity, and substance abuse. This position is expected to participate as a member of the child’s treatment plan and act upon the treatment plan developed by the JCO and the child/family. Travel is required.
