Siouxland Pathway Case Manager
This position support, guide, and mentor participants to successfully remove barriers to success and train for and obtain a career; coordinating participant services, assisting participants in progressing toward their career goals and in connecting with possible employers and follow up with participants when they leave the program. This position will service Woodbury County, Iowa and report to the Siouxland Pathway Program Director.
Sky Ranch Behavioral Services Substance Use and Mental Health Access Navigator
Under the supervision of the Sky Ranch Behavioral Services Executive Director and Supervising Substance Use Counselor, this position will serve out of our Sioux City, Iowa office location. The SUD/MH Access Navigator is responsible for client growth by aiding in the development of interpersonal skill building for the purpose of developing a healthy recovery from substance use disorders. Counselors will follow treatment planning protocol to help address all areas of need for each individual client with a goal of achieving a happier, healthier life with sobriety. The Access Navigator is also responsible for facilitating open access and navigation services for connecting youth, adults, and/or families to substance use and mental health care. This position will maintain 65% or greater direct contact in the delivery of face-to-face interventions. This is a full-time position requiring working hours to best accommodate meeting the needs of the clients served to include evening hours.
Family/Tribal Liaison and Native American Unit
The MYFI Project Family/Tribal Liaison works with Native American families involved with Child Protective Services to provide support, advocacy, and connections to tribal, cultural, and community resources. Responsibilities include coordinating with tribes and social workers, assisting families with case plans, supporting cultural planning, and promoting compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). The liaison also participates in family meetings, court hearings, and community outreach while maintaining accurate case documentation.
