SHIP is accepting proposals for its new Siouxland Pathway program. Bidders will provide training to formerly incarcerated Woodbury County residents that will result in an industry-recognized credential or a college credit. Proposals are due by 5 PM on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, and can be emailed to mohman@siouxlandship.org. Please click on each link to download the RFP.
