Payroll Accountant
Overview:
SHIP is a unique nonprofit organization that specializes in providing leadership in response to community needs. Central Navigator and Family Coach (bilingual preferred)
Overview:
This position is designed to ensure families have access to needed supports and services in an effective and timely manner through collaborative partnerships. The ultimate focus is to build a welcoming and positive introduction to Growing Community Connections and the services that are offered and to provide a seamless transition to coaching services. Additionally, the role involves bridging linguistic and cultural gaps, ensuring effective communication and support for families from diverse backgrounds.

Functional Family Therapist
Overview:
The implementation site utilizes the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) modality, targeting specific populations, each with its own referral and reporting requirements. Therapists will conduct weekly, one-hour home-based family therapy sessions with clients. This approach is designed for families with adolescents aged 10 to 18. Therapists are expected to manage a caseload of 8 to 10 families, providing services that may last anywhere from 8 to 26 weeks. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate families’ availability. This position primarily focuses on the following counties: Carroll, Greene, and Sac, but may extend to additional areas as needed.

Peer Support Specialist - Recovery Coach (Part-time)
Overview:
Under the supervision of the Sky Ranch Behavioral Services Supervising Substance Use Counselor and Executive Director, this position will serve Sioux City, Iowa and surrounding Iowa counties as a peer support specialist/recovery coach. Peer Recovery Coaches will provide hope and direction in recovery for individuals to overcome adversity in their lives. They will aim to enhance and improve the lives of each individual struggling with an addiction in their lives. Coaches will demonstrate and support individuals through recovery skill building, effective listening and constructive relationship building, while providing open minded attitudes and a knowledge-based one’s own lived experience. This position will maintain 60% or greater direct contact in the delivery of face-to-face interventions. This is a part-time position requiring working flexible hours to best accommodate meeting the needs of the clients served to include evening and weekend hours.
